Buyers always know they are communicating through our AI relay — not directly with you, and not with an AI that invented answers. We are transparent about what the AI does and does not do.

agent9 is not a licensed real estate broker. We do not represent you in negotiations and we do not provide legal advice. A real estate transaction involves legal documents. We connect you with Ohio title companies for closing, and we recommend consulting a licensed Ohio real estate attorney for questions about your specific transaction. This is not a disclaimer to hide behind — it is an honest description of what we are.
